Today's is the age of looking and of course, feeling good about one's self. There is cut throat competition everywhere and no one wants to lag behind in life. Beauty and looks come into play here. Now for looking and feeling good all that a person can do is to exercise, have a good diet and yes, use antiaging products. Antiaging products range from creams of all sorts to lotions and even vitamin supplements. Some people feel that anti aging products is a myth whereas others feel it is a reality. Many people opine that paying extra for alien vitamins in skin creams that promise to erase fine lines and prevent wrinkles gets you little more than an empty wallet.

But for those who feel it is a reality there are many ways of slowing down the aging process and these include:
1. Caroline restriction: Of the several ways to slow down the aging process, Caroline restriction is considered to be a good option. These days, the scientific community, the government, and even the news media has begun recognizing that the concept of extending life is in fact technically possible. This change in opinion reflects an enormous transformation in how humans view their role in the universe.
2. Aspirin

3. Vitamin E
Experts feel that vitamin e is a very important antioxidant as it saves all the cell membranes of the body and also protects the enzymes associated with them from damage. The natural sources of vitamin E include vegetable oils such as sunflower oil, grains, oats, nuts, and dairy products.
